Terms & Conditions

• Our vouchers that are gifted to clients need to be used within a year, otherwise, they are not valid.
• If you are lucky enough to receive one of our vouchers as a gift, you should get in touch with Ama la vita and let us know the course of your choice and who you received it from.
• If you would like to change your voucher for a different course and the fee is of added value, the outstanding balance should be paid within 7 days of the course taking place.
• Refunds are not applicable to voucher bookings or bookings that have been previously changed for another date by the client and haven’t been respected.
• Dates and times are given on our website in the unlikely event we need to cancel other courses, or the course of your choice will be added to our website, and we will let you know via email.
• Please check your spam for missed emails informing you of any unlikely changes.
• We try to take into consideration cancelled courses and give our clients the option of other dates.
• If you are booking a private course and would like to cancel for another date, you need to let us know within 2 weeks of the booking.
• Our private dining services need to be booked at least a month before your due date and 50% of the fee paid in advance and the outstanding balance paid 2 weeks before the event.  
• In the unlikely event clients need to cancel the private dining service 50% will be refunded.
