My name is Tracey Tazzioli, and my biggest passion in life is food! More specifically, Italian food, and I set up Ama La Vita to share that passion with you. In 1992 when I moved to Italy, I began my journey and love affair with food.

Over the years I have worked in some of Italy’s finest kitchens, Michelin and Traditional, learning my trade and refining my skills. Italy became my home and with that, I carry on the recipes that have been in the Tazzioli family for generations. Now I would like to share this with you in my Hoylake kitchen.
