I have decided to bring together some of my very fond memories a time I spent in the kitchen with recipes cooking with chef Alberto and on how to eat in Italy.

 

I have created a memorable moment that we can spend together cooking, tasting and eating the food we have prepared sampling wine that accompanies it in a warm relaxed friendly atmosphere.

 

I have brought together these memories and have accommodate all of you from simple to not so simple recipes, but all equally delightful in taste and the true authentic Italy.

 

Hosting, teaching, eating with recipes I am sure you will repeat in your own kitchen.

 

A gastronomical science and a way of eating is what I would love to bring to you! Organised cooking courses to bespoke and individual cooking courses is what I offer food and the joy of good food is my domain.

A Typical Italian Christmas

Learn how to make your own Typical Italian Christmas! we all know that food and drink is a big part of the Italian way of life and Christmas is that time of year when families are eager to impress and create that magic at the table.

Starter: Pasta bundles filled with scampi, creamy potatoes & green apple.

First Course: Tortellini in broth.

Second Course: Typical Italian roasts & side dishes.

Desert: Rich Italian walnut cake (over 100 years old) dark chocolate Budino.

This course is great for students and people that really find it hard to have time to make beautiful Italian sauces and great food for their family and friends.
